Berry Medley Tart

Nothing says spring is coming like a fruit tart! We exchange the typical shortbread base for our signature graham cracker crust that is a mix of spice and tang from the cinnamon and orange zest. We then fill the crust with a vanilla bean custard and top it off with a macerated berry medley and fresh mint. 
The fruit tart is available as a 7.5” tart  

(Tart comes with fruit on the side so the syrup does not split the custard)
