Starting with a base of shop baked buttery graham cracker crust and filled with a light and creamy cheese, sugar, and egg mixture, this cheesecake will have you savoring each bite. We top the cheesecake with a blueberry compote, made from scratch, that is equal parts sweet and tangy and balances the butter goodness of the crust.
