We’ve spent countless hours working on this recipe to make sure the textures are just right and the flavor is divine. Forget what you know of typical gluten free breads, this baguette is soft, chewy, and doesn’t crumble apart like most GF breads! Perfect for sandwiches, as toast, crostini, or with a charcuterie board. 

Our baguettes are offered as a set of three. Loaves are on average 14” in length. Made fresh to order!  48 hr notice needed on all bread orders  

Ingredients : water, tapioca starch, millet flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, psyllium husk
